Mélanie’s journey with Cordon Bleu began 20 years ago as an intern. Her dedication and talent quickly shone through, leading to her hiring as a Research and Development Technician upon completing her internship. A natural team player and highly respected by her colleagues, Mélanie was promoted to Research and Development Leader in 2011. Even after years in this role, Mélanie still feels a constant sense of learning and growth within the company. Since her early days at Cordon Bleu, she and her R&D team have worked on developing hundreds of recipes.
