Hired in 2014, Stéphane first took on the role of Sauce-Making Operator on the evening shift. Over the years, he has become heavily involved in the company, both as a trainer and on our various committees. He took no time in obtaining his certification in Food Product Appertization and Container Closure from the ITA, and moved into the role of evening Autoclave Operator. Stéphane is known as a reliable, professional and committed individual. To date, Stéphane can proudly claim to have trained over a dozen autoclave operators!
