John LeBoutillier

Renowned for his successful track record, John LeBoutillier, Chairman of Cordon Bleu’s Board of Directors is a highly respected figure in business. His extensive experience in corporate strategy and market development, coupled with his global outlook, allows him to make significant contributions to the boards he serves.

Throughout his career, Mr. LeBoutillier has held key leadership positions in the metallurgical and mining sectors, notably serving as the head of Sidbec-Dosco (now ArcelorMittal Produits longs) and Iron Ore Company of Canada. He has also chaired the boards of directors of Industrial Alliance, Semafo, the Conseil du patronat du Québec and Tennis Canada. He was a member of the Board of Governors of Université du Québec and is currently Chairman of Groupe Deschênes Inc’s board.

Mr. LeBoutillier is involved with numerous scientific, cultural and medical organizations and also a member of the Order of Canada. He has been Chairman of Cordon Bleu’s Board of Directors since 2018.

Rob McKenzie

Rob McKenzie, President and CEO, brings over 35 years of business management experience in the consumer packaged goods industry. Starting his career in marketing and sales, he progressively transitioned into general management roles. He has built a reputation as a turnaround specialist, with his proven ability to restore financial health and revitalize organizational culture in multiple firms.

Mr. McKenzie has a natural talent for aligning a company’s economic and human priorities, ensuring that the two pillars support rather than contradict each other. His management skills and personal qualities make him a leader who inspires his colleagues to become better managers and better people.

Luc Villeneuve

Luc Villeneuve, a highly esteemed leader within the business community of Quebec, held the position of President of Deloitte in Quebec and Vice-President of Deloitte Canada until 2015. He has also served as an auditor for several major Canadian public corporations and has shared his extensive expertise in business development, management, and finance with hundreds of businesses.

Mr. Villeneuve lends his knowledge and experience to a diverse range of boards, including public, private, and nonprofit organizations. His current board memberships include Logistec, Université de Montréal, where he also chairs the audit committee, the Richard and Edith Strauss Foundation, Portage, and the Fondation des Chambres de commerce du Québec. He has also been a member of Cordon Bleu’s Board of Directors since 2015.

In addition to holding the FCPA designation, he holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from HEC Montréal. He is also a graduate of McGill University’s Directors Education Program and of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Jacques Nantel

Jacques Nantel

Jacques Nantel is a Professor Emeritus at HEC Montréal and a member of the Order of Canada. His expertise as a researcher specializing in marketing has earned him recognition as a leading authority in Quebec’s retail and food industries. Ambitious organizations eagerly seek his expertise, valuing his unparalleled understanding of consumer dynamics.

Working at one of Canada’s top academic institutions, Mr. Nantel has earned consistent recognition from his peers and other universities for his academic leadership and his achievements in marketing research.

Proud holder of a Ph.D. with distinction in Business Administration from Indiana University, he has written for prestigious business journals and served on the boards of numerous companies and organizations, including Vidéotron, Léger Marketing, and Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf. He has been a member of Cordon Bleu’s Board of Directors since 2019.

Marc Poulin

Marc Poulin is a highly regarded professional noted for his expertise in the food retail industry. Additionally, he is a seasoned corporate director with extensive experience in the field.

Mr. Poulin, a certified actuary, served as the President and CEO of Empire, Sobey’s parent company, from 2012 through 2016. During his 19 years at Empire, he held various positions, including President of Operations for Quebec. Prior to that, he had held strategic positions at Groupe Vie Desjardins-Laurentienne and Culinar.

In recent years, Mr. Poulin has served on the boards of the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, Groupe Sportscene, and the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation. In addition to serving as a member of Cordon Bleu’s Board of Directors since 2022, he holds a seat on iA Groupe financier and Quincaillerie Richelieu’s boards.

Chantal Glenisson

Chantal Glenisson is recognized for her in-depth retail expertise, particularly in corporate strategy, retail operations, supply chain and commercialisation. She is also renowned for her ability to lead multi-functional teams in ever-changing environments.

She is a seasoned executive who has over thirty years’ experience in senior management positions in a number of leading organizations, including Loblaw, Walmart Canada, Rona, and as the CEO of AUB Corporation. In recent years, her focus has been on managing private and nonprofit organizations. She has also been active as a business coach, offering guidance to leadership teams across a diverse range of organizations.

As a member of Cordon Bleu’s Board of Directors since 2023, Mrs. Glenisson combines her consumer insights and growth-focused leadership to drive the company’s development and success.
