Rob McKenzie, President and CEO, brings over 35 years of business management experience in the consumer packaged goods industry. Starting his career in marketing and sales, he progressively transitioned into general management roles. He has built a reputation as a turnaround specialist, with his proven ability to restore financial health and revitalize organizational culture in multiple firms. <\/p>\n

Rob has a natural talent for aligning a company’s economic and human priorities, ensuring that the two pillars support rather than contradict each other. His management skills and personal qualities make him a leader who inspires his colleagues to become better managers and better people. <\/p>\n

Patricia St-Aubin, Vice President – Sales and Marketing, has over 15 years of human resource management experience in both the food and pharmaceutical industries. Her firm belief in the power of positive energy shines through her highly contagious passion and joie de vivre, making her a powerful catalyst of cultural change within the company.<\/p>\n

Several years ago, Patricia decided to redirect her career, moving from human resource management to embrace new challenges in sales and marketing. She quickly ascended to her current position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where she has established a new vision for the future of the company and its brands.<\/p>\n

Engineer by trade, Alain Lacasse eng., Vice President – Operations, has 25 years of experience in operations management (production, maintenance, engineering), including more than 10 in the agri-food industry.<\/p>\n

Alain is known for his level-headed approach and ability to foster a collaborative environment, involving his team in problem-solving and decision-making. His unwavering commitment to achieving long-term, sustainable improvements in product quality, health and safety, and cost competitiveness sets him apart as a leader.<\/p>\n
