Be true

Without pretension. True among ourselves, close to our customers, loyal to our partners . It’s who we are.

Be proud

Humbly. Every day we do our best, we move forward. And we’re not shy to say so . . . we do well. (even very well)

Be well

Naturally. At Cordon Bleu, we do our best to make our people happy. Doing good . . . it comes from within.

Be at home

Have fun. Together, we make sure our people are happy. Everyone has a place at our table. Period.

Over 90 Years of Expertise

Building on Solid Partnerships and Fulfilled Employees

Every day, we focus on solid partnerships with major banners and local suppliers, and on the well-being and fulfillment of our employees.

Source of Pleasure

Our team innovates day after day to offer consumers sought-after products that are a source of pleasure and comfort.

Vision

We’ll never forget where we come from, but our audacity will dictate where we’re headed. Cordon Bleu to conquer North America? Absolutely! And even as our table gets larger, we’ll always make every product with love and simplicity.

Keeping You is Part of Our plan!

A Team that Cares

A Sense of Belonging

Find welcoming and warm colleagues. Be part of a group that feels valued and that contributes to the company’s success.

Considerate Managers

Because actions speak louder than words, our managers and supervisors truly care about your well-being, and we make it a priority.

Stability and Progression at the Forefront

Competitive Compensation

Your financial security is of the utmost importance to us. Every year, we analyze and compare our salary scales with the market to make sure we are always ahead of the game.

A Chance to Climb the Ladder

Your professional and salary progression are in your hands but we also make it a priority at Cordon Bleu. In production, the more skills you master, the higher you’ll climb within our company.

7 is our employees’ average years of service, and that is because we’re committed to their growth and helping them achieve their career goals.

A Contribution Towards Your Health

Because your health is a priority, we actively contribute to your group insurance (medical, dental, short- and long-term disability, life insurance).

To help you through difficult times, we have an employee assistance program, and offer access to a nurse and doctor at any time via telemedicine.

A Financial Reality

(Money can’t buy happiness, but…)
We’re well aware that money is a priority for all employees and their families, which is why we contribute to an excellent group pension plan, to help you plan for your older days.

We offer a performance bonus to every employee because when we are profitable, it’s thanks to the hard work and dedication of our entire team.

We also provide a $400 annual expense reimbursement for your toolbox because we want you to be equipped for success.

Flexibility That Fits Your Life

Flex Days

In the factory, Flex days offer you the freedom to take time off when you’re feeling under the weather or simply need a break. You can also bank hours to enjoy quality time with friends or family.

In our offices, our trust-based policy empowers you to manage your schedule and time off. You need to attend an appointment? No problem! Your flexible schedule can accommodate your personal needs.

On and Off Site

We allow working from home 2 days a week, on Mondays and Fridays. This creates opportunities for us to connect mid-week, sharing laughter, conversations, and building lasting bonds with our colleagues.

Christmas and Summer Vacations

In the factory, you can enjoy some time off during the Holiday Season and 2 weeks of vacation during the summer.

A Great Working Environment

Dynamic

Our employees actively contribute to our community, both within the company and beyond, through “Notre Projet” initiatives like potlucks, seasonal celebrations, and volunteer opportunities.

Diverse and Inclusive

Our workplace is multicultural because we believe that diversity is a strength.

Safe

Rest assured that we never compromise on safety. We partly reimburse the cost of your work boots and provide you with a uniform and safety glasses.
