Our Canadian Brands
Our Homegrown Brands
Cordon Bleu has been preparing quality food products under the Clark, Cordon Bleu, Paris Pâté and Esta brands at its Montreal factory since 1933.
By fostering strong partnerships with major banners and local suppliers, and prioritizing the well-being of our employees, we continuously innovate to bring consumers the sought-after products that provide comfort and joy to their tables.
New look, same recipe
Cordon Bleu had a makeover! But rest assured: its famous stews and sauces recipes have remained the same ones that have been delighting families for years. Changing a winning recipe is not in our cookbook!!
For over 90 years, Cordon Bleu has been a trusted name in Quebec kitchens, offering sauces and stews to suit every occasion and taste. On top of being simple and flavourful, our food is ready in less time than it takes to say “yummy!”
Beans That Stand Out
Founded in 1877 on Montreal’s Saint-Antoine Street by William Clark, Clark continues to this day to craft exceptional baked beans, made right here in Quebec, for and by local people.
And it must be mentioned that most of the ingredients for these famous beans are supplied by Quebec or Canadian producers!
A Product With an Iconic Name
You might be surprised to know that Paris Pâté has always been produced here in Montreal! In the early days, up until Cordon Bleu bought the brand in 1983, meat spreads were made and packaged near the Décarie expressway.
Paris Pâté is a homegrown brand that’s been feeding families with a healthy, nutritious and affordable product for generations.
Flavourful Canned Goods
Don’t be fooled, the ESTA brand is definitely from Quebec! It was founded by Ernest St-Arnaud (ESTA) in Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan in the Mauricie region of Quebec.
It is in 1949, after accumulating many years of experience in the brokerage and resale of food products, that Ernest St-Arnaud founded his company.
